We are recognised as a charitable organisation and have obtained:

12A Registration under Section 12AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (URN: AAKCB0739J/05/23-24/T-0141, valid from 01.04.2022 to AY 2026–27) .

80G Approval under Section 80G(5)(iii) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Registration No.: AAKCB0739J22MB02, valid for AY 2023–24 to 2027–28).

This means that donations made to Buy Food with Plastic India are eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, subject to the applicable legal provisions.Donors who wish to receive a tax exemption receipt may request one by contacting us directly.We are committed to keeping administrative costs low so that maximum resources reach the communities we serve.
