Pavé Chocolate is produced by hand from vegan ingredients by the St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich's Kreis 5 district. The social enterprise focuses on the integration of people with disabilities into working life and society. With your purchase, you enable market-driven jobs and apprenticeships in a social environment.

With self-imposed principles, Stigtung St. Jakob also ensures fair working and production conditions in the global South. Fair wages above the Fairtrade level and a high quality of the processed cocoa are part of this. As recommended by the WWF, they use RSPO- or POIG-certified, sustainable palm oil. Wherever possible, they source their ingredients from Switzerland.

Couverture Grenada 65% (cocoa nibs, sugar CH, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), hazelnuts, sugar CH, palm fat, coconut fat, cocoa powder, emulsifier E322, vanilla.
Contains soy and hazelnuts. May contain traces of milk and almonds. Store in a cool, dry place.

Chocolate is packaged in an A-grade PaperWise cardboard box, which is made from agricultural waste (stems and leaves from Germany), produced with 100% green energy, CO2 neutral and ISO certified. The box is recyclable and can be disposed of with cardboard. The pavés are also packaged in a cellophane bag for longer shelf life, which can be disposed of with normal waste.

The Pavé Chocolate is sent by Swiss Post as standard. Delivery by courier is possible on request. Normally, delivery takes place within 5 working days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Our shipping costs are CHF 10, from an order value of CHF 50 there are no shipping costs.
